Embraced by many leading American marching drummers the HTX snare is based around a free-floating 5.6mm 7-ply birch shell. When struck it emits a dry focussed sound that will cut through even the densest of performance environments. Lightweight and versatile thanks to its unique hand assembled / machine made design the HTX snare drum boasts unparalleled performance and functionality. Devised in house by their team of specialists it boasts a broad range of functionality that meets the demands of any contemporary marching ensemble. The standardised suspension ring offers proper seating of all manufacturers drumheads so you can achieve the set-up just right for you whilst the free-floating design offers increased response and tone. Snare adjustment technology even means you can configure all 16 snare strands with the included Allen key.
