SJC Custom Drums Drums – Snares The SJC Alpha Black Steel 14 x 6.5 Snare Drum is built for drummers who need a crisp aggressive tone that cuts through in both live and studio settings. Its steel shell produces a sharp articulate sound with plenty of projection while the 6.5″ depth adds depth and body to your hits. The 2.3mm hoops keep everything tight and focused offering a responsive playing feel across all dynamics.Double-ended tube lugs give the drum a balanced look and help maintain reliable tuning under pressure. It also comes fitted with Evans drum heads and 20-strand snare wires delivering a snappy punchy response that suits a wide range of genres. The drop-style throw off makes adjustments quick and smooth whether youre tweaking between songs or during practice.
