Description

The Yamaha P525 features an authentic piano quality and functionality that will satisfy even experienced pianists. The P-525 is the flagship model of the hugely popular Yamaha P-Series of compact digital pianos, which offer an authentic experience in feel, exquisite sound, and further enhanced keyed instrument Voicings.

The piano`s voicings are two world-class concert grand pianos. The first is the Yamaha CFX and the second one is the Bösendorfer Imperial. The speaker output, and voicings have been upgraded in quality from the predecessor Piano, the Yamaha P-515.

Use the Registration Memory function for saving and recalling settings and other useful and convenient features for intimate live performances, the P-525 is also well equipped to serve as a stage piano.

Key Features

  • Simulate The Sound of Two World-Class Concert Grand Pianos In A Compact Body – The P-525 is equipped with Yamaha CFX and Bösendorfer Imperial Voices. The CFX is known for its character by a sparkling treble and powerful bass, while the Imperial has a distinct warm sound known as the Viennese tone.
  • Play Realistic Renditions of Classic Songs of Yesteryear – The P-525 features improved organ, electric piano, and other keyed instrument Voices. The engineers at Yamaha have put in their years of expertise to create faithful, simulations of familiar sounds such as the attack of the organ and the distinctive sound of its Leslie speakers, including other sound effects of the electric pianos that defined 70s and 80s pop music. This results in giving you realistic, immersive experiences that make you feel like you are actually playing those instruments.
  • 88 Key GrandTouch-S Keyboard – The playing experience is now even more realistic compared to the touch of a grand piano.

Drums

Drums are the rhythmic backbone of modern music, providing pulse, energy, and structure across countless styles and genres. From acoustic drum kits and marching drums to hand percussion and electronic systems, drums are designed to be played physically and expressively, responding directly to touch, technique, and dynamics.

Acoustic drums are built from shells, heads, and hardware that work together to shape tone, volume, and sustain. Different sizes, materials, and tunings allow drummers to create sounds ranging from deep and powerful to tight and articulate. Electronic drums expand this further by offering volume control, sound variety, and integration with recording and digital music systems.

Drums are used in live performance, recording, education, and practice, making them one of the most versatile instrument families in music. Whether played softly or with force, alone or as part of a full band, drums play a central role in driving rhythm, supporting musicians, and shaping the feel of a piece of music.
