This 6 3/4″ & 8″ bongo pair features Meinls patented Free Ride suspension system between the shells. This ground-breaking design connects the macho and hembra drums without the need to drill into their shells allowing each bongo drum to resonate independently and to its full potential. Their hand-selected buffalo skin heads produce a vibrant full-bodied slap while 2.5mm rounded SSR hoops and sturdy 8mm lugs ensure top notch tuning gig after gig. Ideal for the touring professional this set comes complete with an exclusive accessory pouch containing an L-shaped tuning key and tune up oil to keep those lugs in tip top shape. A stunning high gloss finish and black powder coated hardware combine to complete a bongo set thats as easy on the eye as it is on the ear.
