A fine-tuning crown wheel allows precise overall pitch correction while the highly polished copper bowls precision-engineered parabolic shape projects a deeper darker more natural tone thats ideal for orchestral playing. The Elite Pedal Timpanis 2″ oversized counterhoop is finished in dazzling chrome and allows this instrument to handle a large tonal range with ease. Its highly accurate Shield tuning gauge is easy to read and is incredibly easy to set and see. With a tuning key and a protective half-drop cover included Premier has left no stone unturned in creating a timpani perfect for the professional player.
