The Mapex Mars Birch Crossover 22 in Sunflower Sparkle is a punchy, gig ready shell pack that gives advancing drummers a serious upgrade without breaking the bank. With 100 percent birch shells, modern SONIClear features and a powerful 1 up 2 down configuration, it is built to deliver a focused rock voice and an inspiring playing experience on stage or in the studio.
This 5 piece Crossover configuration partners a 22 inch bass drum with a single 12 inch rack tom and dual floor toms for maximum low end impact and an open, uncluttered feel around the kit. Finished in eye catching Sunflower Sparkle, it looks as bold as it sounds, while the matching snare drum and included tom holder keep your setup cohesive and practical.

100 Percent Birch Power
The Mars series uses 6 ply, 100 percent birch shells that naturally emphasise attack and high end clarity, with a tight, controlled low end. This makes the kit ideal for rock, pop and live work where you need your drums to cut through the mix with definition and presence, while still being easy to tune across a wide range.

SONIClear Bearing Edge and Suspension
Mapex’s SONIClear bearing edge allows the drumhead to sit flatter on the shell, making tuning quicker, more consistent and more stable.
