What Does Music Co. Think?

As the entry point to the V-Drums Acoustic Design series, the VAD103 is the affordable all-digital kit that captures the vibe and feel of a traditional acoustic set, complete with shallow-depth wood drum shells. Keep the noise down with Roland’s acclaimed double-ply mesh heads and a smart air-damping system in the kick drum, and then let loose when it’s showtime. Stay focused with a streamlined tom layout or express yourself with a full array of cymbals. Mount the VAD103’s large drum and cymbal pads to regular stands to accompany the 18-inch kick drum for a classic acoustic kit vibe, and set it up anywhere in your home thanks to the compact footprint. Go beyond acoustic drums with the TD-07 module offering authentic kits for every musical style, deep editing for creating your signature sound, a built-in Coach mode for developing your technique, plus Bluetooth® connectivity for drumming along to your favorite bands—streamed from your phone, tablet, or computer.

How Will My Drum Kit Be Delivered?

Electronic drum kits are always packed as efficiently as possible – thankfully this makes for easy delivery. For a lot of kits there is one singular box with everything in, for others you might get the rack and drums in two separate boxes (this kit is a 2 box kit). Once you get your delivery you will need to assemble the kit ready to play. This isn’t something to be intimidated by, just have some patience with the frame!

Acoustic Drum Kits

Acoustic drum kits combine shells, mounts and supporting hardware into a playable setup for practice, rehearsal, recording or live performance. Compare the number and sizes of bass drums, toms and snare drums, along with shell material, bearing edges, finishes and included hardware. A shell pack may exclude stands, pedals, cymbals or throne, while a complete kit may include some or all of them. Check the exact configuration rather than assuming every photographed component is included. Size, tuning range, room space and the style of music should guide the choice.

Drums

Drums is the main JustDrums category for core acoustic and electronic instruments, including kits, shell packs, snare drums, bass drums, toms and electronic drum kits. Compare the complete configuration, sizes, shell or pad construction, heads, hardware, module, triggers and connections according to the product type. A shell pack may need cymbals, stands, pedals and a throne, while an electronic kit may need a monitor or headphones. Use the specific child category and product specification to confirm what is included before comparing prices or sound.
