Stagg is a broad musical instrument and accessories brand known for offering practical, affordable gear across many areas of music making, including drums and percussion. For drummers, Stagg provides a wide range of cymbals, hardware, sticks, practice accessories, and auxiliary percussion that are designed to be accessible without sacrificing basic reliability.
Stagg cymbals and drum accessories are commonly chosen by beginners, students, rehearsal spaces, and gigging players who need dependable equipment at sensible prices. Their range covers everything from entry-level practice cymbals through to more expressive models suited to live playing, as well as stands, pedals, thrones, and add-on percussion that integrate easily into a standard drum kit setup.
The brand’s strength lies in its breadth and value, making it easy for drummers to build or expand a setup without large financial outlay. For learning environments, spare kits, or players who want functional gear that gets the job done, Stagg remains a widely recognised and practical choice.
Cymbal packs group matched cymbals from the same series or range, commonly combining hi-hats, crashes and a ride for a coherent starting setup. Compare the included types, diameters, weights, finish and series, because pack contents vary and may prioritise bright projection, darker response or general-purpose versatility. A pack can be a practical way to equip a kit consistently, but stands, felts, bags and other hardware are not automatically included. Read the itemised specification and consider whether the sizes suit the kit, room and playing style.
Cymbals add accents, timekeeping, colour and dynamics to a drum setup. This category includes hi-hats, rides, crashes, splashes, Chinas and packs, each with different sizes, weights, profiles, alloys, hammering and finishes. Compare stick definition, wash, sustain, response, volume and how the cymbal will blend with the kit and musical style. A cymbal’s sound also depends on mounting and playing technique. Check the exact type and diameter, and remember that cymbal stands, bags and felts may need to be purchased separately.
Cymbal Pack identifies a matched group of cymbals, commonly including hi-hats, crashes and a ride. Check the included types, sizes, series and accessories.
