Meinl’s revered recording tambourine. By using two different materials for each pair of jingles Meinl have engineered a tambourine that nails the slightly dry jangle that works perfectly on recordings.

The tambourine is a classic bit of percussion because it works in almost any style of music from acoustic pop through country and rock and local styles all over the world! Meinl’s take is classic down to the bone. Made from wood with a comfortable handle and a vide variety of jingle materials to choose from, percussionists can make sure they get exactly the sound they’re after.
