Crafted with meticulous attention to detail the 25mm thick shell of the Stavecraft snare drum is made from two layers of solid Ashwood staves. What sets this drum apart is the innovative “Dado-Loc” joint where an additional stave of exotic Makha wood is inserted into the centre Dado channel increasing the overall shell strength by an impressive 50-percent. To further enhance its performance the shell is meticulously hand-lacquered for a stunning finish that pops on any stage. The snare drum is equipped with Pearls Swivel Tube Lugs and MasterCast die-cast counter hoops ensuring enhanced volume and precise tuning. The result is a snare drum that produces a solid and tonal snare spike thanks to the powerful mix of hardwoods used.
